It’s no secret that navigating the nuances of feelings and relationships—be it between family members, colleagues, or in romance—can be confusing and overwhelming.
You often have to manage more than one type of relationship at a time, which can create greater feelings of frustration, shame, anxiety, and uncertainty.
Whether you’re struggling with dating, going through a break-up, getting married, entering parenthood for the first time, or becoming an empty nester, it can be helpful to have someone with an outside perspective to lean on, beyond family and friends.
