 One thing’s for sure, if you don’t feel safe in sharing what’s going on, it can be nearly impossible to work things out.

This is why, during our sessions, I’ll be holding a safe space for the both of you to express feelings, pains, or resentment. You’ll be able to fully express yourself, hear each other better, be more empathetic with one another, and negotiate your needs in a space that’s supportive and free of judgment.

I will be your objective ally in helping you both navigate these difficult discussions in an effective and meaningful way.
